TORPOINT Library has been encouraging local readers to re-ignite their passion for books through a new scheme based around the idea of dating. The 'Make a date with a book' initiative is set up in Torpoint Library, and requires anyone looking for a good read to log on to the internet and type in details about the type of book they are after. A list of recommended reads are then suggested and are available to order from the library. The library also celebrated Valentine's Day on Monday by baking heart-shaped biscuits for local readers and through decorating the library.
