Liskeard IIs v Torpoint
On a green and uneven wicket, Liskeard decided to bat first. Good batting was seen right through the order with I Taylor striking an excellent 42, closely followed by some very aggressive batting by J Pook who had a quick-fire 35.
With 148 on the board, Liskeard attacked Torpoint's batsmen right from the start, with wickets falling at a steady rate. Tight bowling reduced the run rate and put more and more pressure on the batsmen, who were eventually all out for 118. A great performance from all the Liskeard players.
