Cawsand Bay Sailing Club held their annual open regatta last weekend from Cawsand Beach.
The event was once again well supported by the club's members, with 20 dinghies and ten catamarans being entered.
Five races were sailed over two days, with a separate, longer course being used by the catamarans.
The weekend weather forecast did not bode well, with little if any wind due in the morning and nothing more than light westerly breezes for the afternoons.
However, in reality, racing was delayed until around 12 noon each day, at which time a steady wind had set in from the west, building to a force three by late afternoon.
