A Cornish firm features on Channel 4’s cult property series Grand Designs tonight.

Wood burning stoves specialists Wendron Stoves provided a contemporary burner for a wood-themed living room at a home in Trevano, Helston, featured on the show tonight (9pm).

The house belongs to Tom Raffield, who designs and handcrafts wooden furniture and lighting using the traditional method of steam bending wood. 

Previously, Grand Designs filmed a glass-walled home built at Upton Cross.
