Cornwall Council is asking for views on how money raised from a new levy on commercial development should be used to pay for facilities needed to help communities across the county.?
The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), which will apply to planning applications that are approved from January 1 next year, will raise more than £1m a year from new housing and commercial developments to fund infrastructure projects to help communities.
The consultation, on the council’s website, will run until September 23.
