CHICKS, the charity that provides free respite breaks for disadvantaged children from all across the UK, at three retreats in Cornwall, Devon and Derbyshire, is holding an open day at its centre in Tywardreath. You can have a tour of the retreat and enjoy some tea and cake, while asking any questions you might have. 

All are welcome, and there will be lots of home-made cake to enjoy.

The retreat is at Barn Park Farm, Well St, Tywardreath, PL24 2QN, on September 2, 2pm to 6pm.
