Fox Club, the junior wildlife club of Cornwall Wildlife Trust, is calling all young nature detectives. The hunt is on to discover what is happening as summertime comes to the woodlands, near Looe on Wednesday, August 31 from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The event, being led by Fox Club manager Kirstie Francis, will involve hunting the hedgerows for insects, collecting woodland treasures, looking for evidence of summer life in the woods, and then, like true detectives, recording findings in notebooks.

The nature hunt will be finished off with wildlife themed fun and games.
