Rising demand for commercial accommodation is keeping Plymouth property specialists Bruton Knowles busy tracking down remaining units outside the city.

Mark Slade from the firm’s Lockyer Street office has now let four out of five units at the Moorlands Trading Estate at Saltash and has offers on the last remaining unit.

Mark Slade said increasing demand from online sales channels and niche e-retailers had eaten in to the city’s key logistics and distribution locations.

He said: ’With next to nothing in the way of ‘new builds’ to choose from out of town locations are back in favour. There is very little, if any, stock available in Saltash at the moment and firms looking to move or expand in the area will need to move quickly to snap up remaining stock.’
