Hopes for a cinema and bowling alley to be included in a town centre development appear to have been quashed.
Supporters of an ongoing campaign to bring an entertainment complex to Liskeard are keen for it to be included in any plans to redevelop the cattle market site in the town.
But mayor Tony Powell this week dismissed the idea saying there would be 'absolutely no space' for it.
