CARLSBERG South West Peninsula League Division One West outfit Dobwalls have been rocked by the resignation of joint-managers Geoff Battams and Martin Hodge following the club's first training session.

The loss of several members of the squad who finished the 2009-10 campaign with only one defeat in their last six League games has led to the pair calling time on their tenure at Lantoom Park.

Highly-rated striker Jack Bartlett decided to make the step up to the Premier Division with Bodmin Town, while Dan and Steve Tapper moved down the A38 to Liskeard.
