RESIDENTS have until the middle of October to give their views on Cornwall Council's proposals for a limited number of changes to the Cornwall Local Plan. The council is inviting representations on the changes to ensure all views are considered when the plan is tested at a public inquiry. A six-week consultation exercise begins on Thursday and runs until Thursday, October 16.
