This week’s Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is for Spiced Persian Chicken Skewers and comes from 5 o’clock Apron blogger and chef Claire Thomson, who features it in her latest cookbook, New Kitchen Basics.

She says that she often grills the skewers but they would be equally good done on a barbecue or baked in the oven, and they can be served with warm flatbread or rice and yogurt.
