This week’s Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is another taste of Persian cooking from British-Iranian chef Sabrina Ghayour.
It features In her new cookbook, entitled Bazaar: Vibrant Vegetarian Recipes, and is for the colourful dish Goats’ Cheese Pom-Bombe.
She says that it makes a pretty spectacular coffee table centrepiece at a party for guests to dip crackers or crudities into, and it’s easy to make, although patience may be needed when studding it with nuts and fruit.
