This week’s Cornish Times Recipe of the Week is for Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni and comes from a new Italian cookbook written by Masterchef a Eat Well For Less TV show presenter Gregg Wallace and his wife Anna.
Gregg’s Italian Family Cookbook is the first that the couple have written together, and they say this vegetarian dish is perfect for a hearty family feast. Gregg adds: ‘It’s a beautiful dish and gloriously messy to make.’
