TWO people were trapped in a crashed car and another vehicle was left on its roof after a serious collision today.

One person crawled from the overturned car but firefighters had to cut off the roof off the second vehicle involved so paramedics could asses the injured people trapped inside.

They were then taken to hospital by ambulance.

Seven firefighers from Torpoint, five from Saltash and five on a Rescue Tender from Bodmin were at the scene on the B3247 at Higher Tregantle, Millbrook at lunchtime.
