A young adult had to be treated by paramedics for the effects of inhaling smoke after firefighters from Callington, Liskeard and Saltash tackled a blaze in a single-storey timber-clad property at Coxpark, Latchley, yesterday afternoon (April 8).

The building measured around 10 metres by 8 metres. Fire crews put it out using breathing apparatus and hosereels.
