Two crews from Torpoint Fire Station dealt with a shed fire in the early hours of this morning.

The small shed was enveloped in flames when they arrived at the scene in Military Road just before 2.30am.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel jet to put out the fire, and spent a considerable time damping down and turning over. The cause was accidental.
