A collision involving seven vehicles this lunchtime has closed one lane of the A38 between Tideford and Landrake.

Police were called to the scene just before 1pm.

The accident occurred on the westbound carriageway and the road is now closed in one direction with traffic queueing to Landrake.

Plymouth Citybus is diverting its services via Callington.
