British Transport Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an incident of outraging public decency on a train to Liskeard.

Between approximately 8.50pm and 9.13pm on Sunday, September 11, , officers say, a man touched himself inappropriately on the 8.50pm Cross Country service from Plymouth to Liskeard.

Officers would like to speak to the man in the CCTV image as he may have information which could help with the investigation.
