POLICE officers executed a warrant granted by Bodmin Magistrates Court under the misuse of drugs act in Liskeard today (Thursday, May 28).
The warrant was carried out by officers from the Liskeard and Torpoint Neighbourhood team led by Tri-Service Safety officer Richard Deavall at a property in Lanchard Rise.
The warrant was positive and a quantity of Class B drugs (herbal cannabis) were recovered. Police said one male would be processed for drug offences.
TSSO Deavall said: 'The intelligence received from the community has allowed us to conduct this warrant and we are grateful for that.
’We would ask anyone with information concerning drug misuse to contact Liskeard Police Station direct or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.’
