South East Cornwall MP Sheryll Murray has said her thoughts are with the victims of yesterday’s terrorist attack on the Houses of Parliament.

On social media, Mrs Murray said: ’Thoughts are with all those who suffered from the atrocities today.’

Four people, including PC Keith Palmer, died and dozens were injured when an attacker drove across Westminster Bridge and tried to enter Parliament.

Mrs Murray said: ’I would like to thank the police and staff who kept us all safe.’

MPs are expected to continue business as usual today.
