Russell Foster was last seen during the early hours of this morning [Wednesday 8 July].
He is described as a white male, aged in his mid-20s, around 6ft tall, and of slim build.
Russell was last seen wearing a black DeWalt body warmer, grey T-shirt, grey shorts and white trainers.
