The A38 in South East Cornwall was closed in both directions for several hours last night following a crash just outside Landrake.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 7pm.
Two cars were involved in the collision, said firefighters from Saltash who attended the accident.
No serious injuries are believed to have been sustained.
The road was reopened just after midnight.
