Police and ambulance services have been at Liskeard’s former Cattle Market this afternoon, where a person is reported by police to have collapsed.

An area of the car park has been cordoned off and emergency services are in attendance. A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said that officers had been called to the car park at 1.30pm, and added that it is not believed that any crime has occurred. Investigations are continuing.No further information is available at this time, we will update as we have it.
