A vehicle was reported to be on fire on the A38 at Tideford yesterday (April 27).

Six firefighters on one appliance from Saltash found the vehicle had been involved in a road traffic collision, but was not on fire.

Crews used small tools to make the vehicle safe and isolate its battery.
