A crew from Callington Fire Station found a small caravan well alight in a field near Bray Shop, late on Sunday evening (March 12).
Firefighters used a hosereel to put out the flames.
In a statement, Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service said 360 fires per year occur in caravans and added: ’It’s important to remember that fire safety doesn’t stop when you leave the house.’
