Firefighters tackled a burning dog kennel on Tuesday evening (May 31).

Crews from Liskeard and Looe went to the emergency at Tregastik Lane, Widegates and found a wooden dog kennel measuring three metres by five metres well alight, alongside a property.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two high pressure hosereels to put out the fire.
