Police have this morning confirmed that a 26-year-old man from Liskeard was arrested yesterday in connection with the alleged attempted robbery at Addington Stores. He remains in custody at present.

A heavy police presence conducted searches in the town following the alleged attempt at around 3.30pm yesterday.
