CORWALL’S air ambulance was seen landing on the Wooldown in East Looe in the early evening yesterday as it attended an emergency call-out.
A land ambulance was also reported by local residents to have been called to a street on the Barbican.
A spokesperson for the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust said: ’The air ambulance was tasked to Looe at 5.30pm to an adult male. However the crew were stood down and not required to provide treatment or support in the end. ’
