A 60-year-old man who died in a collision on the A38 last week has been named.

Marek Kuc, who lived in Plymouth, was killed when the car he was travelling in was involved in a road traffic collision on Friday, August 19 on the A38 in the Glynn Valley, near Bodmin Parkway.

The collision involved a Saab and a Ford Fiesta. A third vehicle, a Mercedes Vito van, also sustained minor damage as a result of debris being thrown from the collision.

A number of people were taken to Derriford as a result of the collision and an 18-year-old man remains in a critical but stable condition.

Police are appealing for witnesses.

Police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time, and anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who saw either car prior to the collision.
