Devon and Cornwall Police have reported that the A38 both ways is closed, with heavy traffic, due to a serious accident from New Road to Tideford Road at Landrake. Emergency services are working to free a person trapped in a vehicle which had rolled over. Twelve firefighters on two appliances from Saltash and Callington attended the call.
