MORE than 280 Years 5 and 6 pupils from the Saltash.net feeder primary schools took part in a festival of sport.

A brief respite in the weather meant that the event could go ahead, with the children taking part in either basketball, hockey or orienteering, using the facilities at Saltash.net Community School.

The event was organised by both Michelle Cooke and Jenny Nash, assisted by the PE technician

from the school and 24 Year 11 sports leaders.
