Saltash United are on the lookout for a new manager for their East Cornwall League side after Jon Rosevear stepped down due to work commitments.
Rosevear, who took charge when Andrew Hatch stepped down in the summer, said: 'I can't thank Martin Burgess, Luke Ranford, Bill Wakeham and the rest of the committee enough for the support they have given me since I took over in the summer. It's a fantastic club, with friendly, welcoming people that are all singing from the same hymn sheet and want the best for the club.
'Unfortunately I have had to stand down for personal reasons, mostly work related and I have done so with a heavy heart. Having been involved with managing and coaching for over 16 years, it was a tough decision but the right one for me and my family.'
Club secretary Luke Ranford said: 'I can't praise Jon highly enough. There is a young squad in place, new kits, new tracksuits, winter training facility all booked, physio and coach in place and sponsorship sorted.
'The committee fully support the reserves and help is on hand on match days. All that is needed is someone at the helm. It is unlikely an appointment will be made until next week,' he added.
