STOKE Climsland surrendered their 100 per cent record and place at the top of Duchy Three after succumbing to two late goals from Chris Simmons and Steve Wooton in a home defeat to league favourites St Minver.

Both sides went into this game full of confidence after impressive starts to the season.

But it was the away side who dominated proceedings early on and they could have been a goal up as early as the first minute but for a fine near-post save from stand-in Stoke goalkeeper Sam Borthwick.
