Liskeard-Looe Lions Tare on the road today (Saturday) when they travel to top-of-the table Camborne School of Mines with a kick off at 2.30pm at Penryn RFC.
This follows their high-scoring win last weekend when they beat St Agnes 80-
17.
St Agnes were unable to field a full side, however, they took the commendable decision to travel to Lux Park to fulfil the fixture with just nine players, a decision which the Lions want to publicly thank them for. In accordance with league regulations they conceded the game, borrowed five players from Liskeard and played the match as a friendly.
It was a very enjoyable, at times hotly-contested, match with both sides trying to play running rugby in the right spirit.
