MENHENIOT-LOOE Cricket Club's junior section will be holding their first practice session of the New Year on Sunday, January 15, at Looe School's sports hall, starting at 10.00 am.

Boys and girls aged seven to 14 and of all abilities are welcome to attend and will be supervised by the club's dedicated and qualified coaching staff.

The sessions are fun and promise to be a fantastic opportunity for new and current youngsters to come along and get playing cricket.

Practice will run every Sunday from 10.00 am to midday for ten weeks.

Menheniot-Looe have been selected as a 'Chance to Shine' club by the Cornwall Cricket Board.

This project will allow the club to take professional-standard cricket coaching into local schools for the next three years and give children the chance to benefit from playing regularly as part of the school curriculum.
