MARKETEERS are top of the Royal British Legion Liskeard Branch Summer League with a three-point advantage over second-placed Dave's Five, who have played one game less.

The table-toppers had the biggest win of the week, 10-2 over Legionaires, while Lobby's Gang and Lost Souls shared the points in a close contest.

Bulldogs triumphed 9-3 over Choughs, whose Jean Whetter recorded the highest score of the season so far – 85.
