YOUNG Cornish trampolinist Jago Deighton has retained his British title with an improved routine.
The 12-year-old, from Torpoint, won again the Gymnastics and Movement for the Physically Disabled (GMPD) category-two competition.
Through his success in competitions during the year, he automatically qualified for the British Championships at the National Indoor Arena (NIA) in Birmingham.
Deighton, who has a club foot and a hole in the heart, improved on his routine
of last year, which had a difficulty tariff of 3.5.
