Tomorrow (September 4) is launch day for the new season at Caradon Hockey Club.

Their annual Women’s 7s tournament will be held at Lux Park astro, in Liskeard, from 9am to 5pm, attracting teams from across the region.

The club would be happy to welcome spectators who were inspired by GB Women’s Olympic Gold champions.

They will have the opportunity to watch competitive club level hockey in an informal environment.

On Wednesday, September 7, the first club training evening will be held at Lux Park Liskeard for existing and new members.

As a celebration of GB hockey success the club is offering a free Rio Olympic Hockey souvenir t-shirt to everyone attending this session.

A team of qualified coaches will be on hand to provide exercises and skills drills for all ages and abilities.
