A Michael Lucas hat-trick helped Callies to this terrific victory leaving manager Lee Beer to say: ‘We have been knocking on the door for some time so it’s a big boost to our confidence.’

Lucas started the ball rolling with a 12th minute header with St Blazey equalising through Matt Drummond. John Styring and Jon McCreery then made it 3-1 at half-time. Lucas increased the lead in the 59th minute with a great right foot 20-yard strike.

Lewis Edwards added the next before Lucas completed his perfect hat-trick by converting with his left foot leaving Drummond to add his second goal two minutes from time.
