Former and current Saltash football players and officials are invited to attend a reunion at the Saltash Social Club on Friday, June 10.

The invitation is open to anyone who has played or been involved with any local teams – Saltash United, St Stephens Borough and Real Saltash or any of the now-defunct teams, ie Burraton, Landrake, Saltash Town, Saltash WMC etc. It is also open to the junior sides in Saltash, Saltash United Juniors and Saltash Youth. Locally based match officials are also welcome to attend as are wives and girlfriends.

The event is raising money for vital equipment for Huntington’s Disease research at Plymouth University and to raise awareness of the disease.

As the reunion falls on Julian Chenery’s annual Wear A Sports Shirt charity day those attending are asked, if possible, to wear a sports shirt, although this is strictly optional.
