Cornwall FA has introduced a new Coaches Academy.

The new project aims to recognise coaches who have committed to their own personal development by inviting them to join the academy.

The Coaches Academy is not only designed to recognise its members, but also to offer access to a community designed to support, share ideas and best practice as well as identify coaches who may support other coach development.  

The Academy will be made up of a mix of FA full time staff, FA coach mentors, FA tutors, skills team members and experienced and newly qualified members of the Cornish coaching community.
