Caradon Swimming Club's Super 6 Masters were in action at the British Gas National Seniors and Masters Swimming Championships at Sheffield at the weekend and yet again came home with individual and relay medals, plus a South West Region Record.

Mick Swift (60-64 year age group) led the way winning bronze in the 200m breaststroke in 3.15.26 and set a new regional record of 39.55 in the 50m breaststroke, knocking nearly a second of the old record.

Vicki Buck (60-64 year age group) also won bronze in the 100m individual medley in 1.46.98.

Sam Crosby (18-24-year age group) was in the form of her life recording five personal best times in the five events she entered.

The relay squad of Amanda Losasso, Caroline Fox, Emma Bryant and Vicki Buck continued the run of picking up medals at the highest level. Reducing their entry time by nearly 15 seconds, they collected the bronze medal in a time of 5.55.05.
