There was great news from Portugal where in the Lisbon Half Marathon in a truly huge international field East Cornwall Harrier Dan Nash finished in 1h 7min 57secs – one of the fastest times for a Cornish runner this year. This not only earned 21-year-old Dan 27th place overall but he was first British runner home. This follows a fine run of form after Dan was selected for England in World Crosss Country Championships in Rome where he was the second British runner home. East Cornwall Harriers
