ADAM Carter's return to Torpoint Athletic rekindled interest in the Tamarside outfit, and a good-sized crowd gathered to watch him announce his return with a second-half hat-trick against Launceston

Carter had left Southern League outfit Tiverton Town a little more than a week before, coming on as a second-half substitute for Plymouth Parkway in their 1-0 victory at Bovey Tracey.

But Torpoint had already put in seven days' notice of approach, and the former Mill favourite signed on the dotted line in time for this game.
