THE 2014 Jolly's Cornwall League season has proved to be extremely disappointing for Callington Cricket Club's first XI, who have been relegated from the Premier Division after finishing bottom with just 142 points.

The team scored 2,197 League runs and lost 130 wickets at an average of 16.9; however, they conceded 2,408 runs and took 100 wickets at an average of 24.08.

Callington will now regroup and look forward to a successful season in County One in 2015, when they will aim to renew their Premier status as quickly as possible.
