NINETEEN East Cornwall Harriers members were among the 357 runners taking part in this year's 'Treggy 7' event.
The 12th race of the Cornish Grand Prix season starts from the town square in Launceston and finishes just through the gatehouse of the Castle.
On the way it boasts just one significant hill – the mile-long hike from the river valley up to the village of Tregadillet.
First home for the Harriers in an excellent 21st place and personal best of 43.35 was Mark Budge.
