East Taphouse, a new club to the East Area Short Mat Bowls League this season, took the inaugural Cornwall County Short mat Bowls Association

League Bebbington Plate title.

The Bebbington Cup brings together the four area league winners to play for the title of County League Winners which was taken by Holmans with Treviscoe Whites second, Callington Falcons third and Blisland fourth.
