THE mayor and mayoress of Looe, David and Annette Bryan, led a large gathering in the Mariners' Garden on Good Friday to remember Susan Norman, who died when her home collapsed because of a landslip.

A floral tribute to the 68-year-old from Veronica Flats in Sandplace Road was laid by the mayor on behalf of the community, followed by one from Mrs Norman's family, who were also present.

Prayers were led by the Rev Philip Sharp. The funeral will take place on Thursday, April 11 at St Martin's Church.
