In the second league match of the season, Callington Ladies were beaten by a teeam who like themselves fielded a mixture of youth and experience.

Two goals to nil down at half-time it was then Callingtons's young forward line pulled a goal back though Kate Henning who connected well with the slick pass from Sarah Chugg. Saltash then made an effective substitution which swung the game back in their favour with a late decisive third goal.

Next Saturday in a break from league action Callington entertain the Plym valley at home push back at 100pm
